The III International Seminar on Critical Thinking will take place in Manizales on October 11, 12 and 13, 2017. The University of Caldas will organize this event, with the support of six other universities. Contemporary society needs people who reflect critically on the personal as well as the professional. In short, we need responsible and committed citizens for the good of all. For this reason, education systems should stimulate the achievement of this goal, in order to improve our society. This objective will guide the seminary days. During these three days there will be workshops, communications and conferences. These activities will address the different areas of critical thinking. These days will also be an opportunity to know the advances that have occurred in recent years in the field of critical thinking. In addition, in these days, we will also have the opportunity to know important applied works. The support of several universities and the participation of professionals of recognized prestige from Latin American and European countries will make this meeting very beneficial for all.
